I almost always love what they have on. If it’s Adult Swim or Flapjack. the craft in Flap is great and knuckles and flap ain’t bad neither.

For your viewing pleasure.

The beginning is a great bit of work. and the lead-ins are always well made. The watercolor art is what first turned me on to this cartoon but the hilarity and random craziness is always great for 15 bursts of smiles.frontsflapfaces

It’s quite a feat paying a fee for one player that could buy an entire club, newcastle united and c. ronaldo. It’s quite another when you get 80,000 people to show up to unveil him for a glorified press conference. could you image having this happen when Shaq transferred (was traded) to Cleveland. Did 1,000 people show to watch Diesel, or whatever his nickname is now, flaunt his dunking skills? I don’t even know. But for C. Ronaldo. It’s crazy-amazing. a full stadium.

Everyone wonders how they got 300 million euros to spend on players. Well, they’ll probably get half Ronaldo’s transfer fee back and then some at the end of the month with shirt sales and images rights.

With this crazy press conference, it’s 80 million pounds well spent; even if he never wins another Champions League title or World player of the year.

Science words I miss using.

I come from a semi-scientific background and for the first 20+ years of my life I used some pretty crazy words almost everyday to describe things. A far flung reality from– brand, icon, pixel, that I use so often now. How I miss you great words of mine. it’s really kind of funny when spell checkers don’t even recognize them because they are so uncommonly used. Love it.

erlenmeyer flask. –  great sounding, always loved putting those together.

mitochondria. – yep.

riboflavin.  – another yes.

xylem. figure that one out.

chloroplasyts. – how lovely they are.

covalent. — bonds were the death of science andrew.

endothermic.

gamete.

half-life. – not the game. though that was a great one. crowbar to the face!

joule. tropism. meiosis. phloem. stomata. vacuole. zygote.

—-

more to come.

PS. — Beakman’s World was scary but Nova is always a must watch.
